Beach House, A Holiday Inn Resort

I was waiting for my wedding. Decided to do it in there. Kim was great but the reason why I’m giving 1 star is because I was overcharged significantly big amount, added 25% in top of my invoice for services that I didn’t have ! Plus at the end we’ve been robbed in our room. Stoked money and expensive sunglasses!! Don’t go there people ! They also overcharged my guests. Terrible experience

Outside was nice with the pool and tiki bar, rooms were not worth the price at all. A/C worked well so that helped.

We stayed here at the end of a road trip and what a great place to end our vacation! The hotel is right on the beach with a clean, comfortable pool area. The rooms are a good size with plenty of storage. The hotel has a real beach vibes feel and is right beside lots of independent shops and restaurants. 5 stars for Kevin on Reception. We had a small query on our bill and he explained it and fixed it immediately.

Thank you . It was a wonderful Birthday trip. Tanecia is a wonderful host and receptionist. She made my trip special. She was so nice and she gave me the breakfast invitation. Oh. It was an Amazing breakfast. My room was nice and clean. My neighbors were nice and quiet. Thank you very much.

Before coming I asked if they are ocean front. They are not. Only ocean peak. They gave me a key to someone else’s room. Luckily the guest that I walked in on were very gracious and kind. Although I was mortified. The new room was noisy, smaller with no to little ocean view. My room was pre paid but they still charge my card. All of this after driving 5 hours one way. I decided not to stay and went back home in discuss.
