Bob And Berts - Coleraine

We called on Tuesday at bob berts coleraine, handsanitiser at the door and the personal wore face masks. friendly young man took our order and our waitress brought club panini and pommes, tasty and piping hot. in these strange times. is all easy to criticize, but we are less inclined to give praise if it is due, I have hardly dared anywhere in the last few years, but I would not hesitate to return here, well done!

On Friday afternoon a quick bite. the staff at the theke the manager pauline was really rude, could not be disturbed to take our order, was more disturbed with their phone. neither did they ask, nor thank you for being heard by her. my order was wrong. I would ask for an americanan with extra shot and not get out of course. will not be back in definitiw.

Basic dish and bacon breakfast, large part, but eggs were watery and a bit tasteless. for the price I think that even more beautiful broth choice would be good. coffee is in order, but I wouldn't eat there again.

On Saturday I was here and was disgusting. while we have been frightened for the old, we have seen a server from the kitchen, guide their fingers through their hair and pick up plates and serve customers. Once they were finished to serve the food, the same server cleaned a table and went through the kitchen, not even stop to wash their hands, they then drove away to pick up another plate when food and serve customers. the staff on the street was nothing less rude and instead of asking if they can take their order that they only look at them. the personal here obviously doesn't care about a bit. the server that came to our table literally murmured to us and threw down our ridiculously overpriced eating and went away.

We have loved Bob and Berts although sadly they aren't in Londonderry? Recently we visited Coleraine and Limavady and both disapointed. In Limavady a stale fruit scone and a cherry scone which tasted of baking powder was not acceptable so we didn't eat either. The...latte´had no coffee taste. It was just like hot milk. I did not order hot milk so this was annoying. Staff are helpful and generaly we have been pleased with the food but not on these visits. We would be unlikely to chance another visit.
