Subway - Coldwater

Bad customer service, thought we were stealing, cheese was bad, lettuce was bad, rude worker only 1 person working took 15 to serve me.

Clean place, great counter staff. Reasonable price.

Ordered online 7 times and 100% ready for pick up in 15 mins as indicated on the app.

Staff made fun of me liking oatmeal cookies. I called him a rasin hater.Very great experience, was light hearted, fun, and my kids laughed about the interaction for days after. I don't go to Coldwater often, but if I do this will be my lunch stop because of the staff

My experience has been that a few times I have walked over to Subway about 10 to 9 and it has been closed twice both times with staff leaving. Why doed the website say 930 as well as the sign on the window?? Iy should be updated to save me from the walk in the cold walking with a crutch
