Truly my most memorable experience in the Yarra! The history was lovely and mixed well with modern design and a great menu and stylish space. Wines are exactly what is hoped and more than expected. Their Pinot Noir and Blanc de Blanc are not to be missed. Service was polite, courteous and interesting. Coombe is not for the masses but for lovers of quality I recommend if you prefer a quality hospitality with wine and food that delivers on your hope for something special. Makes me wish they had an accommodation choice.
