I opened it up to take a look at the beef, only to find pink ground beef. It was undercooked. Our server never returned to check on us. So when he finally decided to bring our check, I politely explained to him that the meat was raw. He sent the manager over to see what was wrong with my food. The manager basically laughed at me, and told me that beef has “color” to it, and the cooks check meat temperatures. He took my plate, with my entire chimichanga still on it, and told our server to tell me I was not telling the truth. I was forced to pay for a meal that was sent back and raw. I was told that the meat had been served to all of the customers that day..DO NOT EAT THERE!!!
I went with a friend and ordered the Quesadilla Grande. It was too salty, and the center was watery. It's literally the worst meal I had eaten. This place just served my wife undercooked beef. When it was brought to management's attention he laughed at my wife, took the plate and then the server relayed a message that manger said my wife was lying and that the meal still had to be paid for. The server also stated the beef is the same beef that they have been serving everyone else today. Buyer beware. Standards are on the edge of being dangerous. Someone is going to get sick and God forbid someone die from the kind of practice.

The food was mediocre at best. Our server didn’t come back once he delivered our dinner. We had to ask other employees for refills. The restaurant wasn’t busy. I could see our server sitting at a booth talking with another employee. He did go up and stand next to the cashier while we paid, presumably making sure he received his tip. This seemed odd considering we received next to no service from him. Service: Dine in
