Knotty Pine On the Bayou - Cold Spring

Eating was great, as usual and our waiting staff was great. the only thing that was bad was that our table of the band was right and it was too loud. not only could we not hear each other talking, we found the drums really loud. we will ensure in future that we request a table further from the band.

This person down there doesn't know what they're talking about. I eat around the restaurants in the greater cincinnati area, and knotty pine on the bayou is one of my favorites. the grouper is excellent. Of course it is a special and the server mentioned the price not. I worked in jeff ruby’s steakhouse and when I served specials, it is a general rule to never talk about the price of the special if not asked. in addition, in all restaurants I go to whenever they mention specialties, they never mention the price.

Had the special for the day. was not told about the price. was grouper, served with nasty red boiled carrots, no taste, and green beans, no taste, very overpriced, nothing special served. pleases the blue cheese dressed on the salad.
