Timbers - Colchester

The service is fast and friendly and they have their own vegan menu with various options. They offer soy milk, although neither this menu or milk substitute are advertised very prominently (will suggest that they change this to make life easier! Breakfast was two slices of toast, three hash browns, grilled tomatoes, many mushrooms, a whole avocado and baked beans. Perfectly cooked, generous portion and good value. My only suggestion would be that it was a bit like it was just extra veg/carb bits of a normal meaty breakfast instead of a "vegan" all day breakfast. Since they had a jackfruit special, it feels like it's not hard to replace half the avocado or 1 or 2 hashash browns and have a vegan sausage. Would definitely recommend and will go more often in the future.

I had a wonderful experience dining at this restaurant. The service was outstanding, the staff was very friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious. I visit this place often because the prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend it.
