Taco Bell - Colchester

I believe her name is Isabelle, and she has a very bad attitude. I simply asked if my order was ready, and she rudely replied no. When I said thank you and began to leave, she shouted from the back that if I didn't want to wait, I could just leave. I will not be returning to this restaurant. The staff is rude and seem to think they are the prime minister of England just because they work at Taco Bell.

Me and my friends saw Taco Bell in the uk are doing free tacos from 12-2. I now get there are 1:54 and they didn’t want to give me and my friends free tacos even though we got their on time. The lady said that their till is 10 minutes ahead of time but they didn’t want to include this in their advert for free tacos. Me and my friends are still in school and we finish at 1:45 so we literally ran all the way to taco bell and we were tired, hot and sweaty by the time we got there. Yet they still refused to give us the tacos, their customer service is very poor and I don’t advice going there.

Sometimes the portions and food is great and other time not so food. the food can also be sent for delivery in messed state

We visited the Taco Bell restaurant In Talbot green after hearing about it from friends. There was only 4 members of staff working rushed off their feet, the restaurant was disappointingly dirty and the tables were full of food and grease from previous guests and the floor was also full of food. We had to ask a member of staff to tidy it which he did with blue roll and spray to clean the tables. The bins were over flowing and rubbish was all over the unit the bin was situated in. The food was also not great hardly no filling in the tacos, everything was overly smothered in seasoning, although the burrito was nice and had plenty of filling. The meet was missing from the meat quesadilla and nachos were just crisps in a bag, Very disappointed.

Only ever had Taco Bell in the USA before and was thrilled to find one, even if it was in Colchester (the armpit of England). Great food, good prices, swift service.
