Spare Time Colchester

The new payment by the hour system is terrible. We came there at 8:30 and had to wait until about 10 to get a lead. Once we've done this, they've closed the lanes at 11:00 and we couldn't even finish our full hour. The bar didn't make a last call that was disappointing when we all planned to get another drink. Bartender and the reception were rude and had attitude. The people at the reception told us that we had to get two different lanes for 8 people, although the computer screen said that we could play with up to 12 people. All there is is extraordinarily expensive and not even nearby to appreciate it.

The lead was bad. The staff said it hadn't been oiled for days because it wasn't used for league games. For $40/hr I expected a better experience. This is incredibly expensive for bowling, so it's a deal breaker, not having at least a decent experience. Could worry less about the chic HDTVs with my score, just wanted bowling. He didn't expect him to bowl on a chalkboard. The area urgently needs competition.

I have the worst time that I ever had the staff was rude we showed up at 4:00 was told an hour and a half, so we went to the bar and had a dinner and a few drinks was eight people then went back the hour halfway up and they told me another hour to two hours so we decided to stay there and continue playing in the arcade, which was another $300 between us all gone on the 500 in food then

Lost time there. So fun and so much variety. felt like a child again. There's something for everyone. Many families and couples of all ages. The staff is very helpful. And they seem to be there too. I can't say enough here. Can't wait to go back, Highly recommended to check them if you don't already have a chance. Thank you. Save time

The place looks amazing I like the new setup, very comfortable you can order food from your lane and its brought to you. You rent the lane by the person or a time limit a little pricey but if you know what you want you can bang out a few good games
