Dunkin' - Colchester

The lady working the register started counting her drawer in the middle of my order. It took a while, then I was charge $6 for a $3 coffee. This was corrected but my entire experience was slow and frustrating

I found it quite frustrating to place an order through the app just 40 minutes before closing last night, only to have them cancel it because all the machines had already been shut down. This is now the third time this has happened in the last two months. I was really hoping to grab a coffee from Dunkin' for my night shift.

I usually don't like to complain, but my experience here was disappointing. They got my order wrong, my bagel was burnt, and the gas station itself is very rundown. The staff lacked any personality as well. I won't be returning.

I had a fantastic experience with customer service over the phone while placing an order for coffee for a special meeting in Grand Isle, VT. I traveled from Montpelier, VT, and had to place the order 30 minutes ahead of my arrival at the meeting location. When I arrived, everything was prepared and waiting for me. It’s worth mentioning that this Dunkin' Donuts Café is located at a gas station. The in-store service is good, though it can sometimes be busy with a line of customers.
