The restaurant is located in the center of the cherry village, on the side of the square, a little contaminated, is cozy and well furnished. the staff welcomed us with great courtesy and accompanied to the table. menu of meat and fish, even if you privilege the latter. I took an Italian caviar appetizer, of good quality, combined with a butter foam with herbs and a brioche bread with whole grains. both the butter slightly flavored by herbs, which the bread covered the goto of the caviar, which should be combined with sour cream and blinis. I liked the spoon in mother of pearl and ice to keep the caviar cold. the fish taken for second was certainly of good quality, but completely unhealthy, belly, free of aroma. not only my own, but also my fellowmens. Sweet not exciting. What to say, you understand that the products are of quality, but then in the dish misses something. the service is professional and courteous, but without doubt cold. I don't know if my dinner was unlucky.
