There is not enough space to list out every single person and aspect of the Red Lion Inn that made our wedding here in October the greatest day of our lives. Sam Loonie, our event planner, made every detail of our wedding weekend perfect. She was so caring, and thoughtful and without her, we would not have been able to pull it off. Andrew Prost, the Innkeeper was a fan favorite, and so accommodating and a true professional. The entire team, from the maintenance staff, the bartenders, and the wedding coordination team was fantastic! The Barn, The Tavern, and all the other aspects of this amazing 1700's Inn made our dream wedding a reality. I would highly recommend booking your wedding here, you will not regret it!!!
Rooms are quaint. Bed was too soft for me so didn't make for a great night sleep but other than that, it was fine. Nearby activities: Lots to do in the area esp during fall Walkability: Super walkable, not very hilly Food drinks: Food at red lion inn is diverse. Just be sure to make a dinner and lunch reservation. They get packed. Rooms: 4 Service: 5
I recently had my daughter's bridal shower at the Red Lion Inn, Cohasset. August 6, 2023. The Hillside Room. Can't say enough on how pleased I was. The room itself beautiful, a bit of a rustic touch yet elegant. A staff of 4 was provided. They were all so professional pleasant. Every need met above. Anyone considering the Cohasset Area for an event go no further than the Red Lion Inn. My experience from the Director of Events extremely satisfying. A big thank you to the Red Lion Inn it's employees! THANK YOU! Mary Libby No. Attleboro, MA Food drinks: The food was delicious. Served just the right way. The guests couldn't stop talking about how great the food was. We had so many options to choose from too.
We had our wedding at the Red Lion Inn in October. We loved the look of it, and my husband knew immediately that this was the place for us. I was slightly hesitant at first, as we seemed to be getting the hard sell, and it was going to cost more than I was intending, but in the end, I'm so glad that we chose the Red Lion. We were assigned to work with Krystel as our Event Producer, and she was great. She was patient with us, and nudged us when needed. She answered all our questions, and kept us on track on the day of the wedding. Having her there to help with set up, keep things moving, and shuffle us to the appropriate next steps was invaluable. We're still getting comments about how beautiful the wedding was, and how amazing the food tasted. My friend told me that the salad we served was the best salad of her life (the watermelon and tomato burrata salad, which I couldn't stop thinking of after our tasting)! We also held a brunch the morning after for guests who were staying at the Inn or who were nearby, and it was delicious. We loved having everything in one place. Wedding ceremony, reception, after party in the cave, rooms to sleep, brunch in the morning. Everyone at the Red Lion made it so easy for us. We booked most of the rooms in the Inn, and Andrew was great in helping us with the bookings. And I must mention Toufik, the Event Manager, who was amazing. He seemed to be in all places at once, both for our reception and our brunch the next day. You can tell he's done this a bunch, he had the answer for everything, and did so many things to make our day and night wonderful. Everyone we worked with was super nice, producers, managers, staff, bartenders, servers, everyone. The wedding was such a whirlwind, but with the staff at the Red Lion, we never had to worry about anything!
