McDonalds Coffs North - Coffs Harbour

On Monday, April, we went to this McDonald's and found many customers waiting to order their food. Unfortunately, we experienced a long wait for our food, and when it finally arrived, the fries and burgers were cold. Additionally, the drinks lacked ice and were not cold. We will not be returning to this location.

I am confident that there is no effort put into cleaning at this restaurant. Everything is filthy, from the bathrooms to the walls and chairs of the dining area. It's a shame because the place has the potential to be beautiful. The service was lacking, as the staff seemed more focused on handling drive-thru orders than attending to customers dining inside.

This restaurant was a complete disappointment. We ordered two coffees, a roasted sandwich, and banana bread with table service. Our food was left sitting on the counter to get cold for several minutes before I had to collect it myself. There were no apologies from the staff and the bathrooms were not stocked with toilet paper and were not cleaned.

Visited here not to serve a soul in itself, so computer had to be set up to order. we then waited for more minutes for our order, which is finally stone cold and unusable. No one who seems to tell about our order, so after we waited one because we went out disgusting.

This maccas may not be the worst in Australia but I think it’s in the running. They are so slow. And it wasn’t that busy The woman “cleaning” left the bottle of cleaner and the filthy rag she was using on the counter where orders...are collected at the cafe section, to take an order to a customer at the speed of a stoned sloth. Staff have their masks under their noses. The cleaner came in while I was washing my hands in the bathroom. The way she cleaned the loo was to flush it then close the lid. She didn’t wash her hands after this. Yes, she was the one delivering the food. The ordering screens were not cleaned once while I was there. Not good especially in a pandemic.
