Casay on the Beach - Coffs Harbour

The food at Casa was both plentiful and delicious. The staff were amazing, making our family and friends celebration a truly lovely experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our beautiful evening at Casa.

The dinner at this restaurant was amazing. We started with fresh oysters and scallop prawn pasta for the main course. The service was excellent and the view was phenomenal. My dining partner had the beef mushroom dish, while I indulged in a delicious crème brûlée for dessert.

The only thing going for this restaurant is the view, and they don't have to do anything. The menu was minimal, and the food was underwhelming. We needed a lot of salt and pepper to bring it up. They charge as they believe they are a high-end restaurant, but then you sit at a table with bird poo and can't tell if it ever cleaned with no service, and the inside is still like the day it was built. Not worth getting food delivered and sitting down on the grass area and enjoying the same experience

Food quality value were terrible. I have no idea what the chefs are thinking or doing in the kitchen but this was the worst meal I have had in a long time. Needless to say we walked out and the meals were not eaten. I’d be really concerned if I had a function or wedding booked for this venue. Clearly the restaurant is struggling as I was told that there were no greens on the menu due to the cost. Accor needs to take this feedback on board.

The restaurant is in a fantastic location with a beautiful view. The staff seemed overwhelmed because of the busy holiday season, but they did their best to provide good service. The food was excellent, although a bit pricey. Overall, it was a very enjoyable evening and definitely worth it.
