Yuki Japanese - Coffee County

Super friendly staff and a quiet atmosphere alone will bring me back. Not to mention the fresh and super tasty food! It's tough at first to overlook the dingy front room, but beyond that, it is a must try location for Japanese food. The hibachi is in a separate room from the front so you can enjoy a relaxing dinner without the noise of larger parties. The sushi is fantastic, and even our none fish loving group members enjoyed it!

The food was good and service was also decent. I did enjoy the atmosphere of the place, it was quiet and private where we sat. We sat at the regular table but would definitely try the hibachi next time.

I'm glad I continued to order to satisfy my hunger. The last item did it for me whereas the first 3 did not. The hot green tea...come on, only one cup and I have to ask for the empty cup refill?The ginger dressing salad...chopped iceberg lettuce with two carrot chips and meh dressing. The sushi roll from the Special Roll section at $15...small roll and the kind you pay 2 for 1 everywhere. The Cali Roll I found on Yelp as a freebie...tiny and no ginger or wasabi with it. I finally was satisfied when I also ordered the special on the board Vegetable Gyoza...now that was delicious. Couple things here. Big place but front half empty on a Wednesday dinner hour of 6-7pm. Birthday party happening in the Hibachi Room and sounded like most of the patrons were back there. Overall I was disappointed at the small portions, that were not great other than the Gyoza, and pricey. Hard pass for me next time in the area.

Yuki is fantastic. We’ve come here for both lunch and dinner and have never been disappointed. The atmosphere is relaxed and the food is fresh and properly prepared. The lunch specials are great and reasonably priced. The steak and shrimp is my favorite hibachi lunch. Highly recommended.
