Decided what we wanted and then waited for someone to come over. We watched many wait staff walk by, give checks, cash people out and clean tables. We sat for about 20 minutes (I always look at the time when we sit down). No one person acknowledged we were even there. We gave up and returned our menus to the hostess. Explained that we were tried of waiting. They did offer a free appetizer. We declined as we were already tried of waiting and it was getting late. Would not recommend if you don't have an extended time to wait and served.
Went for a birthday party at lunch. Had 5 or 6 different boneless wing sauces. Everything was great
I travel all the way up to Manc from Dracut because Nashua 's favorite answer to me is sorry, we can 't . So I bring my 50% minimum Tip here, where they have no problem sitting me where I want to be seated.
New location is pretty good. I ordered the pepperjack steak wrap and it was okay. It could have used more lettuce. Service was friendly and you have a two step process for take out. First you pay inside then you present your receipt to the server outside the door that leads to the Mall's food court. Update: April 2024; The BWW app has good deals. Tuesday Dine in BOGO wings , being in the area and craving wings, (I hope I am not pregnant! , I sat at the bar and ordered Honey Garlic
I would give this Buffalo Wild Wings 0 stars if it was an option. We went there for dinner tonight. There were 5 of us and ALL of our food was cold. My husband had the Brisket Street Tacos and they came out ice cold. When we mentioned how cold the food was to our server, Melissa, she apologized and asked if we wanted them to remake everything. Since we had already waited over 30 minutes for the food, we said no we did not want to wait. Melissa spoke with Brittany, who I assume was a manager. Brittany then came to our table and said she would take $23 off our total for the cold food. At the time I did not realize just how cold my husband’s tacos were. Once I knew I let Melissa know just how inedible the food was. None of the 5 of us were able to finish our food due to it being horrible. Melissa again talked to Brittany who then came back to our table and quite rudely told us that she would take a total of $30 off our bill. We ended up paying $79.11 for food WE DID NOT EAT! We will NEVER eat there again and will continue to tell everyone how horrible and unsafe the food is there. We are all hoping that we don’t end up with food poisoning tonight. The management definitely needs more training on how to deal with customers who receive inedible food.
