I would recommend their regular sushi rolls instead of the nigiri. While they offer generous portions of fish and rice, the experience is compromised by large bites and below-average craftsmanship. However, the salmon roll that came with my order was outstanding, which is why I'm giving them a 4!

If you're looking for great nigiri, this is the place to go! It's the only restaurant in town that truly delivers value for your money. The rolls are massive, and the quality justifies the price. I can’t stand paying $6 for tiny nigiri that isn’t worth it, but here you definitely get what you pay for, and it’s totally worthwhile! I've never had a bad experience here—everyone is friendly, the food is fantastic, and the quality is excellent for the price. You should definitely check this place out. I recommend trying the salmon nigiri, California roll, and snack roll!

This is the only food truck I’ve come across in the area that has a charming seating area out front. The food was absolutely delightful and fresh. The cucumber salad offers a unique twist—definitely a must-try if you love pickles. The cooked rolls were also impressive. Be sure to place your order in advance; calling on Friday when they open is a good idea. For larger orders, it's best to plan ahead by about a week. The staff were friendly, and they provided plenty of soy sauce!

Ngl we almost didn't stop. We were traveling from Seattle to visit family back to Montana and were actually looking for a Popeyes. This showed up and I had a good laugh bc I love sushi and a place NAMED Raw dead fish that SELLS raw dead fish? Thats so funny and SUPER cleaver marketing. So we stopped at a gas station to fill up and while my parents stopped to get drinks and use the restroom while we were there I kept looking at it when I noticed its almost perfect review status. At this point I decided we HAD to go. The food was amazing and SO fresh, not to mention the decor was brilliant too. It's a food truck with a bunch of other food trucks ALL of which were amazing. While we were waiting we also noticed a lot of locals in the area walking over to have their lunch break there as well showing we were right to stop here. It was SUPER easy to get to from the interstate too. Forget fast food chains. Next time we're in the area we will be stopping again. I'd give more stars if I could.

The fresh fish here is excellent! They have a great food truck, and everything we tried was delicious. We ordered a tuna roll, cucumber salad, and a poke bowl, and every dish was fantastic!
