Mcdonald's - Coeur d'Alene

Very polite and fast moving drive-thru. You always remember my order without rolls and get it right. Very appreciate their positive settings. Fast food can be hard!

The staff at this restaurant was fantastic. The boy with curly hair who took our order at the drive-thru was one of the friendliest employees I have ever encountered. It is clear that the employees take pride in their work.

I am giving this McDonald's a 5-star rating because of Kaitlin, who works here. She is incredibly sweet and always remembers my pregnancy cravings, like adding pickles to my McChicken. One time, the person at the order screen forgot the pickles, but Kaitlin noticed and personally went to get them for me. Kaitlin has excellent customer service skills and ensures that you receive everything you ordered. In contrast, the assistant manager forgot to give me a straw for my drink and sauce for the chicken nuggets. This wouldn't have happened if Kaitlin had taken my order. She deserves a promotion or even a managerial position. Thank you, Kaitlin, for your outstanding service! Your dedication truly shines through. Keep up the fantastic work!

The line goes pretty fast. My food is always like I like it. No complaints.
