Left Coast Fusion Truck - Coeur d'Alene

I recently had the opportunity to dine at Left Coast Fusion and I must say, it exceeded my high expectations. After reading rave reviews on a foodie page, I was eager to try their menu. I had a difficult time choosing what to order as everything looked and sounded delicious. Eventually, I decided to try the fusion-style Garnelen Po Young, which consisted of Thai-style shrimp with spicy cucumber remoulade and Asian slaw on a handmade fusion roll. It was incredibly fresh and flavorful, with just the right amount of heat. The dish was accompanied by a side of their hot sauce, which added an extra kick without being overpowering. The pasta salad was not only visually appealing, but also mouth-wateringly delicious. I also took home a side of their house chips, which my family thoroughly enjoyed. I look forward to trying more of their menu in the future, especially the children's chicken fingers for my daughter. Left Coast Fusion is definitely one of the best dining options in the area, offering gourmet dishes at affordable prices.

My wife and I recently tried the shrimp split at this restaurant and it was absolutely delicious. We were so impressed that we will definitely be returning. The staff was friendly and the food was top-notch. We can't wait to go back and give it a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

This restaurant is pretty good with a large portion size. The thin-cut bark has a big au jus taste, caramelized onions, all sandwiched between a melt-in-your-mouth bun. Overall, the food is delicious. I highly recommend trying it before they change the menu. A great addition to their autumn menu!

Left coast fusion is a fun mix of Asian and Mediterranean foods that must be one for all food truck lovers or food lovers in general. Whether they want a Po-Junge, railway mi or even a spicy chicken sandwich, they will enjoy every taste that this small food truck has to offer.

A year later and I can still say that this is the best chicken sandwich! The pasta salad is also fantastic. The chicken sandwich is delicious and quite large. Make sure to try the pasta salad and order the fries, they are definitely worth it!
