Lean Bean - Coeur d'Alene

Lean Bean is definitely worth a visit, thanks to its great prices and friendly service. I tried the Vanilla Fro Chai with oat milk, and it was amazing! The balance of sweetness and flavor was just right, and the whipped cream on top was a lovely touch. I’d give it five out of five stars and I’ll definitely be returning!

I don't usually drink coffee, but when I do, I often go to this stand for a delicious pick-me-up. This morning, I ordered an oat milk latte since I'm lactose intolerant. Unfortunately, I believe they didn't actually use oat milk, as the only change in my diet has been this coffee, and now I'm running to the bathroom every ten minutes at work. As a former barista, I understand that mistakes can happen when things are busy, but it's crucial to be knowledgeable when someone requests a milk alternative. The customer service needs improvement; I likely won't be returning.

The coffee and drinks were fantastic! However, I was sitting in the car with my friend, who was with his partner, and the baristas just wouldn't stop flirting with him. They kept complimenting him and even drew a heart on his cup. My advice for the establishment would be to consider their customers' boundaries. A little respect goes a long way in maintaining a pleasant atmosphere.

Bought 3 drinks, one was made wrong and girl at window obviously didn't have customer service skills. Was rude and seemed rushed. Made us pull forward even though there was only one car behind us like we were being rushed.
