Toro Viejo - COEUR D ALENE

When I was on vacation in town, I wanted to treat myself and wife for an authentic food. We saw Google and this jewel was in downtown. Simple yet elegant furnishings. We were immediately welcomed and set. They already had 3 big and lively parties when we arrived. There was an inviting and casual bush in the air. The service and the kitchen were definitely pushed to their limits with the volume they had to produce for the big parties. Nevertheless, we received amazing and attentive service. We really weren't sure who our waiter was because all those who were on the ground worked together. We had a great meal and drinks. I can't expect to return to CDA for another meal. Amazing!!!!

Jman said they had the best queen he ever had when they surprise him with flan for his holiday desert. He was angry that his brother wasn't there to celebrate the day with him until he ate here. He said something about this place that he would smile better at the flan.

Absolutely and positively amazing food! The wait staff was courteous, patient and attentive. The owner was present and greeted us. We felt welcome and had a party of 9 or 10 with two small children. Prices are reasonable and service was excellent. Highly recommended!
