Tito's Italian Grill - COEUR D ALENE

Delicious food. Service was a bit slow but our waiter was only on his 6th day and I'm sure they're understaffed like just about every restaurant in the country. Will eat there again for sure.

It was good while we were there but 2 of the 4 of us that went are having stomach problems today, so I think something was off with the food?

Food was average at best. Friendly waitress. She forgot a few things. Experience is if you in the mood for Italian it’s close to downtown and resort. But would not drive very far to eat here.

We recently moved into the area and had friends come from out of town. We decided to try Tito's Italian grill and we will not be going back. To not be greeted for 30 minutes, be asked multiple times how to split 4 people's check down the middle 2 ways, then have us each charged 16.42 for a 108 dollar bill, to be promised dessert for the long wait then never be offered or discounted was super crazy. We flagged down the server to correct the bill because we are not shady people but most people would have taken the lower tab and left but then had to come back again and ask how we were splitting it and I gave up and just gave him my card. This server was like running everywhere and all the support staff was strolling by. We made eye contact with so many support staff and no one ever came to our table. I'm a server in a nice restaurant and a part of the job is being aware, I notice when other servers have been taken to long to get to a table or if a guest looks like they need help. I suggest more training all around. It's really sucks because the food was good and area super nice but your team needs lots of training . Def a bummed experience but thankful there's lots of other options in town to try instead.

Excellent service and delicious food…great ambience….
