Przekaż informację zwrotnąOn Wednesday 5.06.2019 my wife and I were invited to the birthday dinner at Schönstadt airport restaurant. We had ordered 11 foods, including 7 Rumpsteaks. Almost all were really excellent, only mine was different. I still tried. The female service asked when everything was fine. I told her that my flesh is very firm and fair. She said: “This cannot be, our steaks are always fine, they are cut by one piece and our guests are always satisfied.” After I had to take the next bite out of my mouth, the other guests also confirmed at the table that I should return this part better. The service protested violently and said again that this steak was completely fine, but it also took. Our birthday boy told her she wouldn't pay the steak. Then I was asked to go down if I wanted a carving or something else. I was served and said I'm not hungry anymore. Later, with a drink order, I said I would rather have taken my drink from the other service. The lady then went out and wanted to make me look like a depp before all those present. It was about the steak again. I asked, “Did you cut the lapel and look right?” She said it was okay and she wouldn't have to be insulted by me. At the moment the boss came from the kitchen and said: “No drinks are delivered to this table and he uses his right to guests, we all should leave the restaurant immediately. What I have described here corresponds to the truth and gives witnesses. We cannot recommend the house.
Unfortunately it was not possible to 2 tables in the beer garden (rass area). so the inflexible owner 9 eats; an adjacent pizzeria was satisfied with the conversion.

After we sat, we were asked if we wanted to see the card or drink something. the menu offers carving and steaks in different variations with corresponding supplements pommes and salat. besides friendly behavior, this always brings positive points to me; while we waited for dinner, we realized that we were landing in the prototype of a hosted clubhouse. simple equipment, simple ambiente, but everything is extremely clean and well maintained. small blument pots with pretty green planks not recognizable for me censoring the tables. pictures hanging on the wall, of aircraft. the salate came into a bowl, the amount was lush as a side salad. also really fresh and the dressing delicious. my carving with pfeffer cream sauce and pommes €10,80 was very delicious. herr c. was also very satisfied with his carving, where still ham and two wood carvings mirror eggs, €13.50. while I fought with the crowd and then wished only one digestion coffee, I needed another piece of his own! Raspberry/yogurt cake. I finally tried and regretted my low capacity. if they want to eradicate a carving or steak in pleasant atmospheres, they are here. but if they put on a well maintained tablecloth etc. it is important that the kitchen is open from 14.00 clock; with so much hospitality and good eating at a reasonable price, I have the full score.
On 5.6.19 I was a guest of a Geb. company (11 pers. for dinner at the airport restaurant in Schönstadt. Several Rumpsteaks were ordered. In a guest the steak was so attentive that he couldn't eat it, he tried the piece of meat several times. When the service came to the table and asked if everything was different, this guest informed that his steak was very delicious. The first reaction of the operation: “This cannot be at all!”. She began to speak the hard piece of meat beautifully, “there’s nothing with us”, “it’s all cut from one piece”, “the other is also i.O.” She left, came back, asked the guest if he wanted something else. The guest had passed the appetite, he denied. The service did not want to accept the criticism. She went to the kitchen and came back with the boss. That meant that all this was not the meat was good. The guest was also accused of insulting the service, which however does not correspond to the truth. The mood completely tilted and the boss said, “No one gets a drink at this table!” That seems to be a sound. My food was completely fine, but I have never experienced such an unprofessional, tasty behavior in a restaurant. If you are asked if everything is okay, you must expect that this is not so and can deal with criticism!
Great ambience and you are served beautifully and quickly. Definitely worth a visit.
