Long John Silver's (31570) - Coeburn

Friendly staff and good food. The frits were a bit so cheeky when we took our 15-minute drive home. They had no clam strips at the time. It is also a typical fast food restaurant with good friendly service and a clean facility.

The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was very courteous. There aren't many Long John's left. I highly recommend this one.

Not at all better on the food but I will say employees are super friendly and seem to like there job and no how to treat there customers so on the customer service part 100%, cleanliness 85%, taste of food sucked tho but was proud of there service

Long John Silver?s in Coeburn lost another customer yesterday with this huffy, puffy and rude older woman they keep that treats fellow employees and customers like they?re beneath her! I?m not asking for anyone to treat me like royalty, but the smirks and sounds she makes in total disgust of especially females? I have held back from saying anything over the last couple of years but yesterday just was too much! People come in and spend their hard earned money to get their food, we don?t need Camelia to act like she?s the queen and we owe her for watching a display of her treating people with such disrespect! If her behavior doesn?t change, my family will just drive to Norton to eat fish from the competition! I?ve read a couple complaints about her not using her name but anyone who knows her knows whom those complaints are about why is she allowed to keep acting like that? Not like she works much?!

Paid for an 8 piece family meal, they left out the cole slaw and tarter sauce. On top of that, 2 of those 8 pieces of fish were half the size of a regular piece, not much bigger than a hushpuppy.. Attempted to call to complain and they refused to answer. Yes, bag should've been checked before leaving but my teenage son picked it up and did not check. But, it wasn't my sons job to put things in the bag or answer the phone.
