Pizza Hut - Cody

Great food! Great service. Nice people. Everyone had smiles

Good service. Friendly staff in the small town of Cody, WY. As of 08.26.21 the salad bar is still closed.

We showed up @9pm exhausted hungry after a full day in Yellowstone Park were immediately greeted with a friendly smile “welcome in, folks!” by Eric. He took care of us during our entire meal we enjoyed delicious pizza here. Thank you Eric for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Unfortunately, more negatives than pluses for us. Server didn't give us a menu right away and only gave us one. Didn't write down our order which has been a pet peeve of mine for a long time because rarely do they get it right and in this case they missed getting our cheese sticks in their system. So we didn't get them until we were almost done eating. Another pet peeve of mine is having something on the menu they no longer carry. They should put a sticker on the menu so you know right away. They no longer serve the edge pizza. Server never checked on us during our meal and my husband ended up going to the counter to get boxes for leftovers and paid the bill. I thought the pizza tasted pretty good but my husband thought it was just okay. He doesn't think it tastes the same as it used to back in the 80s and 90s.

The food here is consistently great. However, the staff appears to prioritize serving large groups over individual customers. My order was incorrect, but it was still tasty.
