We found this restaurant by chance. they offered only vegetarian dishes daily in connection with a local congress. we went to lunch and were absolutely enthusiastic about the greeting of mario and his team. we are not vegetarian, but really enjoyed the...well thought out and skillfully prepared dishes, along with the excellent weeps suggested, we are back to Britain, so will not be able to back .when we would be longer, we would hit a way to marios door for inventive, beautifully boiled eating and charming service in beautiful environment this is the place in the opposite and we recommend it.

I am sure that this restaurant is absolutely overrun in the summer, given its location in a beautiful praia flauvial in north portugal, but we caught it on a quiet Saturday eve in oktober, and the personal was happy to welcome us. we chose a bottle...white wine from the local opposite to go with my vegetarian alheira sandwich, and my engaged steak with a special home sauce. everything was delicious, and the service was friendly and warm. we were too early to dinner (7:30) and at the time we left around 21 clock, the coupons were filled in the tables. a small menu well executed, and a beautiful sunset view over the river. and the price? a total of 39 €, including cuvert.

Joli restaurant. Carte claire. Plats excellents et très copieux. Nous n'étions que nous quatre. Dommage ce restaurant mérite d'être connu. Personne du service très agréable et discrète.

Visitamos este restaurante, num ótimo local, porém sentamo-nos e foram-nos entregues as ementas já com alguma demora, uma vez que para além de nós só havia mais uma mesa ocupada. A ementa tem umas descrições e nomes de pratos apelativos, fizemos o pedido, e estivemos à espera 45 minutos até que a empregada de mesa (única) nos avisou que era tudo feito na hora que ainda iria demorar, uma hora depois fomos servidos, das piores experiências que tive, pedimos vitela e o menu infantil. O menu infantil não estava mau e era servido numa quantidade grande. A vitela era simplesmente intragável, muito dura e com um sabor péssimo, para o tempo de espera soube-nos a insulto, servido com tanto arroz e salada que era quase impossível mexer os talheres no prato. Nem sequer pedimos sobremesas..... não iremos repetir de certeza.
