Texas Roadhouse - Coconut Creek

I am a fan of Texas Roadhouse, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing due to the rude behavior of the host. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I would give it zero stars if I could. The customer service was terrible.

This restaurant is always busy, which is a great sign that delicious food is being served! The positive ambiance enhances the mood of guests and creates a unique experience. I absolutely love it when all the servers sing to help celebrate someone's birthday and do their dance. The freshly prepared, generous portion salad and tender fillet mignon cooked just as requested were fantastic. The steak salad was also prepared exactly as ordered. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place.

I stopped going to this restaurant about 8 months ago due to the disrespectful attitude exhibited by the front desk employees, who all seem to be self-centered young girls. However, I went back tonight because my wife had received a gift card for her birthday. After dropping my wife off and parking the car, I entered the restaurant to find that she had already been seated. When I asked the two girls at the front desk where she was, one ignored me completely and the other continued to tap away at her computer without acknowledging me. I had to search the restaurant for my wife on my own. It was clear that the management does not care about customer service, so I doubt I will be returning. I prefer to dine at establishments where I am treated with respect, like the Cheesecake Factory.
