Rubio's Coastal Grill - Coconut Creek

As someone from Southern California, I had high hopes that Rubio's would open in Florida. It truly offers the best fish taco you'll ever taste. The combination of light, fluffy fish, Rubio's signature sauce, shredded cabbage, tortillas, salsa, fresh cilantro, and onions is simply incredible! I always order the fish taco especial, which comes with fresh guacamole on top. It’s absolutely delicious! The pinto beans and chips are great sides that complement the tacos perfectly. The service was outstanding, and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

I had one of the best fish dishes I've ever tasted. However, there was a mistake with my order that took a while to resolve, leaving my plate sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes. My daughter ordered a chicken quesadilla, but it didn't have any chicken in it, and my husband's chicken burrito was dry.

My Steak Burrito was absolutely delicious, and the Nakedby's lobster Burrito was a disappointment. I hope it makes a comeback soon!

I've been here a few times. Had different on the menu and we have no complaints. Good amount and delicious taste. Customer service was great every time. Yesterday the darkened Mahi California bowl. It was delicious. Hubby's addicted to the coastal trio.

For all of you that enjoy chipotles freshness, this has that and spades more. They pay special attention to details like the tortillas and the salsas. This is as authentic California Mexican food as you can get at a fast food restaurant. But, they have beer and sangria! So happy they made the trek to the East Coast.
