Worst Tacco Bell experience. If you zoom into the screen, you'll see 29 min in drive-thru. I was there for 34 minutes. Not once did an associate give me an update through the window, offer a drink, or any interaction. For 18 minutes I was at the window. When I asked what took so long, I was told there was a mistake and they are busy. I didn't even get an apology. I only ordered for 2 people. To top things off, we ordered and paid for beef and extra beef on a bean burrito and there was only one helping of beef.
We met with friends at this spot for dinner. we heard about this restaurant from many people. Well, it was very successful. The staff were very polite and we had a fantastic feeling. The food was just great. We had a great time and we shall definitely come back again. we highly recommend this place.
This man here is the perfect example of customer service. Going above and beyond setting a standard second to none.
Lovely tacos. Just a tourist passing thru. This was our first ever visit to a Taco Bell. Staff were very pleasant and they have a Bell you can ring on the way out if you liked the service, which was fun to to ring. A nice touch.
