Dunkin' - Cocoa

The coffee is absolutely terrible and the sweet tea is way too sweet, to the point that it could give an elephant diabetes. It would be beneficial for someone with functioning taste buds to taste test these beverages before they are served to customers.

I have visited this restaurant twice and I do not plan on returning. The first time, I requested a large iced coffee and some donuts, but was informed that they only had small coffees and were out of almost every donut I wanted. Today, I was told they were only selling hot coffee and donuts, so once again no iced coffee. I ordered mixed munchkins and received 2 chocolate ones and the rest plain. This is not a good place to begin your day.

Upon entering the restaurant, we were not greeted. After about a minute, a girl raised her hand and said she would be with us shortly. Eventually, a guy ended up taking our order. They were out of some items we wanted and mentioned that they couldn't make something we requested. It seems like different states have different policies (we are from out of state). My sandwich was enjoyable, but my son's wrap was not very good. Overall, we do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

Would you like to go to a place that is always out of everything, personal is rude and provide terrible customer service? this one takes the cake! this Dunkin place was always terrible. the person in the car-dru window spoke like a maus so quiet, then when I couldn't hear it shouted what size! had no bagels, donuts, hathbrown. next they will say they have no coffee. I understand that they are called frozen coffee, but when someone says hilarious. they do not have to be rude to correct them. they take care of the customer and obviously know what they mean. avoid this place there is another on the road.

How can they work with no tassen? Fist says,“ we have no small or media “, so we were forced to ask for a big one! then go on to say we don't have big! (man says we're paid, but don't work tonight) then the other worker laughs when you drive away! stop the placement of local bums without running gear.
