Not only was the food outstanding, but the staff was incredible as well. I called ahead for a large party and they accommodated us without any issues. Every member of the staff was professional and attentive, making our dining experience even better. This restaurant is a must-visit in my opinion, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

I have been searching for a truly exceptional dining experience lately, and in Brevard, it is rare to find a restaurant that can compare to Michelin-starred cuisine in larger cities like Orlando or Miami. I was thrilled to discover Brano's, as it transported me to a higher culinary level even in small-town Brevard. From the atmosphere to the service, our waiter Aiden was exceptional - attentive, friendly, and pleasant. We started with appetizers of calamari and caprese, both delicious. The lobster bisque soup was incredibly flavorful and the main dishes were all outstanding - seared salmon with a delicious sauce (a highlight of the evening), filet with loaded mashed potatoes, sausage and peppers with spaghetti, and pot roast with steamed vegetables. Each dish was excellent, but the standout was the perfectly seared salmon, so tender it practically melted in your mouth, especially with the sauce. It was truly a top-notch dining experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxed atmosphere and incredible flavors.
