Nando's - COCKBURN CENTRAL

I love Nando's and so do a LOT of other people but this Nando's Outlet is pathetic. A one star rating is being generous. Service is woeful for starters. There were no new cutlery or plates, we had to ask twice. Our full chicken turned up with a drumstick missing. How is this possible? Our seriously large chips were given to us in a small bowl. ??? Also the chips were not hot. All tables were not cleared or cleaned. We had to ask 3 times to have our table cleaned, it only got cleaned when our food arrived and that too the girl who served our food had to have us hold our food whilst she cleaned the table with a dry cloth. If it was not for my 7 year old who was really hungry, I would have got up and left. I was so angry inside, I could not eat my burnt chicken and cold chips, I actually wasted it. Shame on the owner. You need more staff to cope with the demand, and if you were really committed to your business, you should have been helping out with duties. I have been to other Nando Outlets and they are all excellent. I despise people who open a great franchisee with excellent potential but run it down with an awful attitude towards their customers. Remember, without customers....your business means nothing.

I haven't been to Nando's for years but the boys were talking about it and so we decided to go.

Came in with a friend for dinner and ordered a pita meal . Mine came on time with average chips would be better with salt on them.

If u want a real nice flame grilled Portuguese chicken , u can't go wrong with Nando's. U can choose spicy peri peri or bbq. The sides are also nice like hummus and coleslaw. They also have the spicy rice is u don't feel like eating chips.
