Tim Hortons - Cochrane

This restaurant is not good. It is a poor imitation of a Tim Hortons. Every visit results in them making mistakes, and the bathrooms are consistently dirty. The place is run down, and I do not recommend it.

I would give this restaurant a negative rating if possible. It is the most disappointing place I have ever been to. The manager should be replaced as they clearly do not know how to motivate their staff. Waiting over 50 minutes in line is unacceptable. This place needs to be shut down due to its incompetent management. They didn't even bother to apologize, showing their lack of care for their customers. This place is a waste of time.

This restaurant has the worst staff ever. The night shift girls with nose piercings should stay home if they don't enjoy working. There are plenty of people who would be grateful for a job and would show appreciation for it.

Why Tim Horton's allows this franchisee to continue to operate is beyond me. I was travelling through and had stopped for the night in Cochrane. In the morning, I went to get a coffee for myself and a tea for my wife. Very simple order that they got wrong.I wanted to use a Tim card to cover a portion of my order because the balance wasn't enough to cover everything. The person working the till refused to split the payment. I recommend avoiding this place and just going to the next restaurant (1 hour away in either direction) if you can.
