Subway - Cochran

It is always clean and fast to lunch. No matter how many people are in their minds, it's fast. bathroom are always clean. and dining room too.

I stopped eating at the Cochran location for months because I was frustrated that my order through the app with clear and simple instructions was repeatedly incorrect. Getting a double meat sandwich should not be a difficult task. My husband insisted on going to Subway and, reluctantly, I agreed. They completely messed up our order! I will never go back to Cochran's again.

I didn't want to leave a review, but things have gone too far and no one answered the phone. The last few times I've ordered from this restaurant via mobile, items have been missing from my order (sometimes cookies, chips, or bottled drinks). Today, they remembered to include cookies in my order. The first few times this happened, I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they looked busy. However, tonight was not busy and yet when I went to pick up my food, everything was there except for the cookies I had ordered and paid for.

I ordered online for kurbside. the contractor was rude and coughed all the time. I couldn't hear how she commanded me. When my man picked up sandwiches, my daughter had to go in to get them. we chose the wheelchair so that we don't have to go in for kovid. the food was good, but the service was not so good.

The people there were so sweet and it was near closing time but the person still let me and 2 other people go inside and order, even when I was shy they were kind about it. I honestly love subway.
