Przekaż informację zwrotnąKarott is a vegan restaurant that I recently discovered, I must say that your meal is delicious, offers an entrance, soup, second, dessert and juice at a modest price. It's in my favorite restaurant.
For the first time in Bolivia could try a typical dish, the silpancho. a rich menu of $3.50, well accessible. the place is clean and ameno. super recommended.
This new restaurant is run by a lovely couple. Each meal begins with whole wheat bread and two tasty sauces - one spicy and the other made with zucchini, cilantro, lime, and salt. The daily special menu (20 Bolivianos) changes daily, and I was fortunate to try a traditional Bolivian dish called Saice. This dish consisted of rice with vegan meat, peas, vegetables, and tomatoes with onions, topped with vegan cheese. The soup, made with potatoes, green leaves, and nuts, was also delicious. The owner Rodrigo is welcoming and attentive, while his wife is the talent behind the delicious dishes. Due to the limited number of tables and the restaurant's popularity, it's common to share a table with other guests. It's also possible to purchase homemade peanut butter, tahini, and other treats.
