Good coffee, good sandwich and atmosphere with green area. But at the time of paying for the person who treated me or greeted me, they were a bit coarse in attention.

I got here and personally thought it was a nice entrance and kind of unexpected. That’s why there is a picture of the entrance so you don’t just walk by it. I personally enjoyed the frap and had a lemon pie as well and it was very good. I’ll probably come here later for more of the treats because the frap tasted like any other frap, but the pie was a perfect moist but also solid body that made it easy to break off, but not so easy that it just melted.

Very nice place. Entrance with a garden that isolates you from the noise of the Avenue. It has indoor and also closed outdoor space. Your vegetarian panini with eggplant is delicious. The pastry is also delicious.
