Standard Tim Hortons food, great service and fast drive through. Coffee is fresh and hot. Great location

We ordered from the drive-thru -- a sandwich and potato wedges, specifying we want fresh ones as we have had less than stellar ones here before. We were disappointed when the container was 1/2 full and the wedges were mostly hard, small and not too hot. We questioned the server who told us that there were only 12 wedges per order and that the order we received was as shown on the training video so she would not add any more wedges or change the order. We were disappointed. After driving away we felt we should have cancelled the order and asked for a refund.

This location out of all of the Timmy's in Cobourg has the best tasting coffee. Their breakfast wrap is actually quite good for fast food and I recently tried the chicken noodle soup which was flavourful but if you're expecting chicken in the chicken noodle soup be aware it maybe slim pickens. I literally had no more then a teaspoons worth of chicken. To whomever is on the soup station please make sure people get chicken in their container. This location always has wait times and often I've been in the drive thru waiting up to 15 minutes. Oh and just a suggestion. Could you please put more garbage bins along the drive thru as people literally throw their garbage all over the lawn which is disgusting and everyday you see staff cleaning it up.

I live in England and try to go to Tim Hortons as much as I can every time i visit Canada. The service is good and the coffee is superb. The only negative thing I would say is the the staff in most of these places do not have a perfect understanding of the English language and this is a bit frustrating at times, but I overlook this as the coffee is so enjoyable.
