Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Cobourg

I ordered a Skor Blizzard with the royal fudge center, which I've enjoyed at other Dairy Queens before, so I expected no issues. When I reached the drive-thru, they didn't inform me that they couldn't make it. Instead, they simply didn't charge me for it and handed me my other items while wishing me a good day—without any explanation as to why they couldn't fulfill my order. It felt a bit like laziness on their part.

I've been there several times, and I always find that the staff are very accommodating to my grandkids and their requests. I had the HP sauce meal, which I really enjoyed. I'll definitely be back!

I went in around 9:30 for a quick snack, and I noticed that the staff were joking loudly among themselves about unrelated topics, which felt a bit unprofessional. They were also tossing objects around, which added to the chaotic atmosphere. However, putting that aside, my food was prepared quickly and correctly, and the young lady who served me was very sweet.

I was really disappointed with the blizzard I got tonight. I ordered a small Oreo dirt pie blizzard, but when I picked it up at the drive-thru, it was covered in chocolate sauce on the outside and didn’t even have a lid. I asked for napkins, but it was still extremely sticky. When I got home, I found just one gummy worm in the whole blizzard.

Anytime we order dairy queen we either get cold or stale fries, old chicken strips, wrong burger even and no sauces. Can NEVER get our order right and it's not complicated. pathetic and will go elsewhere
