Boston Pizza - Cobourg

They forgot our table everytime. We finished our appetizers and were waiting for our dinners. The waitress asked if we just wanted our bill. I said maybe after we get our dinners. Then numerous times asking for a refill on my pop. I could understand if they were busy, but maybe 10% of the tables had people.

Waited forever for food, had to ask for my coffee before dinner, came ice cold. No plates, utensils offered. Very poor service. Had to get my own plates ms utensils.I won't be back. The price of food, I would expect a little better service.Waited forever for the I'll, my company leftand I had to stay and wait 15+ mins

Food was very good and the service was amazing. Our server was very knowledgeable and amazing to interact with and we didn't have to wait if we needed something. Overall it was a very pleasant dining experience for my wife and myselfWheelchair accessibility: The restaurant was set up very accessible to people with handicaps and there were no tripping hazards

Been here lots of times and the service was always ok, but we had a server named Samantha tonight and she was amazing. That was literally the best service I’ve ever had, she constantly came over to check if we needed anything else and she was so positive, can’t get any better service than she provided us.

Thank you for a great experience. Food was great and I liked how we were left alone to eat our meal. But when it was noticed we seemed to have our fill we were then asked if we needed anything else.
