Clean, functional woodwork and blues music in the background welcomed me and my family. When we got into the back door, we ran into the bar that showed a wide selection of drinks. To the meal. Side salads were prepared from the ground. The thought was placed in the salad and not only poured out a premixed bag. Romaine, baby spinach, fresh cut tomatoes and onions formed this large supplement. We ordered a double-crust 15 meat speciality for the guys and a thin veggie for the woman. When they came, the presentation was incredible. The same attention to the detail given to the salad was first visible in the double crust. the upper crust was covered with a cheese that was boiled to a perfect golden brown. The veggie was made with green and black olives, green onion, sweet onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, (all fresh cut) and cheese that was boiled for perfection. Taste now. The first bite of the 15 meats I greeted with fresh garlic, fresh basil, mozzarella and provolone cheese, local cured bacon, local pork sausage (suspended to be Italian, but I couldn't taste a fennel), ground beef, ham and a light tomato sauce. That should have been the best pizza ever. Maybe it's my palate, maybe it's my own perception how to taste pizza, but I came with an average impression. The dough was soft and chewing, I personally do not like the taste of Provolone cheese, the sauce, although well made was under-powered and not rich enough to bind all toppings. Bacon has not added much taste even though I do not question it is quality, the same with the sausage. Beef and ham have not added much. So what you have are separate flavors that do not melt well together. Veggie was another story. The toppings were the focus, and the crust, sauce and cheese were just meant to add the wonderful fresh ingredients. In summary, you must try this place for yourself. Only attention to the detail of food and emphasis on quality make it worth it. It's worth it. You can come from the fact that this is the best pizza ever. Only for the record all three men and the woman thought that pizza was just okay.

Warm and friendly with GREAT FOOD!. We went to watch a race and at the end food award-winning pizza (12th in the cooktop in Vegas and visit with owners and locals around an outdoor fireplace! Loved the atmosphere, music and food as well as the company : HIGHLY for anyone who makes the wine trail and enjoy Shawnee National Forest and looking for local taste.
