Collies Bbq - Coalville

Stunning on this sweet place on Main St Coalville. So glad that we, pulled pork and brisket were both very good and tender. We will definitely come back!

It just happens to find this restaurant when we were on the highway. We were lucky. Food is great manager is friendly and helpful. If we live here, we would often use this restaurant.

The staff has a friendly demeanor, but the food is just meh and expensive for what you get. We're here on two separate occasions. For the first time we got the Briscuit, which was very dry, and the pork ribs that were mostly fat. The Hornbrot tasted like a box mix. The hamburger my daughter got was dry and tiny patty on a large bungalow. Next time we got a 16 bbq with chicken red onion pizza the crust was burned on one side and didn't taste good, there was hardly any chicken or onions on it so I feel like we paid $18.11 for 16 cheese pizza. Overall not happy with their food and prices.

Big bbq, especially her pulled pig. Appropriate prices and a very clean place in Coalville for lunch or dinner. Pizza is also great.

Excellent!!! Our family goal today was to find a hole in the wall place to eat because they have the best food. This place exceeded our expectations!! BBQ sauce was amazing, hint of spice that brought out the flavor! We will definately be back, it's soooooo worth the drive!!! Brisket, burger, ribs were all amazing and don't forget to order the chips! Portion sizes were great and great price!! Awesome atmosphere and super friendly!
