Subway - Coalgate

This was the worst service experience I have ever had. I placed an order online and it was completely incorrect. I specifically asked for Italian herb and cheese bread, but received artisan bread instead, which was hard as a rock. I tried calling the restaurant to let them know about the mistakes, but no one answered. I am extremely dissatisfied with this order. Service: Take out

The service at this restaurant is pretty excellent. We dined in for lunch and the price per person ranged from $1 to $10. The food and service both received a rating of 5, while the atmosphere was a 4. I would recommend trying the Turkey Cali Club dish.

I recently tried Restaurant X for lunch, opting for a takeout meal. The price per person ranged from $10–20, which I found to be quite reasonable. The food was excellent, earning a solid 5-star rating. The service was also top-notch, as was the inviting atmosphere of the restaurant. I highly recommend trying the Cold Cut on Wheat Bread, as it was one of the standout dishes on the menu. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Restaurant X and will definitely be returning in the future.

I recently sent a letter to the owner of Coalgate Subway, inquiring about the philosophy of "the customer is always right". Unfortunately, I have not received a response in over two weeks. It seems that the customer is not always right at this location, as evidenced by the lack of courtesy and service I experienced. I do not recommend visiting this Subway, as the female manager lacks customer service skills and acts unpleasantly. I suggest shopping elsewhere if you find yourself in Coalgate, or visiting other nearby Subways for a better experience. I have personally decided to no longer support this location.
