Subway - Coaldale

We occasionally eat at Subway locations and am pleased to say that this location is quite good. The buns and toppings were all fresh and looked good.The place was clean and the employee was friendly and made suggestions when I wasn't sure what to order. The subs we received were very good. One thing I was unsure about was the microwaving of the oven roasted chicken breast. The staff member took the breast by itself and put it in the microwave and then pulled it out by itself, so I am not sure if it was put directly on the bottom of the microwave oven since I didn't notice any plate or paper, and even if there was something in the microwave by leaving it in there could be concern for potential cross contamination. If it were not for this observation I would have rated it higher.On a previous visit my son had a pizza because he doesn't like subs and it was not the most appetizing pizza although I do realize this is not a pizza joint. We will eat here again.

We often stop at Subway for a meal when we are out vacationing / touring. Nothing special about it, but it was one of the only Subway's where I noticed the bread seems almost a bit burnt.

This restaurant provides all that a Subway should be. Complete selection of fresh vegetables and breads. Soup and salad are excellent healthy options as well. You can't beat the time it takes to be served, or the bang for your buck. Great taste, great value.

Great selection of breads and submarine sandwich contents with friendly, helpful staff. Always a reliable choice for lunch!

Asked the kids where they wanted to eat and all finally agreed on Subway.
