Rachetti's Pizza - Coal City

My friends and I have been using a rachettis gift card as a white elephant gift without realizing it. My mom comes to town and insists on ordering from here. There is no consistency in dishes because my kids will only order the same thing. If I order online its always a disaster. I'm done after this last time. Miserable.

Please repeat orders to customers, so there's no doubt, what they ordered. Check the order , BEFORE giving it to the customer.

Mama's meatball sub is not what your momma would make you. Tasted like they put chef boyardi on my meatball sub. No original Italian flavor as advertised. The Greek salad was slightly above average.

Awesome place, great pasta, great pie (DEEP DISH), sometimes a bit of a wait but we'll worth it. Great liittle bar inside also.

This was the most rude Unknowledgeable experience. I've ever had at a pizza place. I will never order from there.
