Today I ordered food from Tap 29, the restaurant, at Spotlight. I hate the fact that I'm charged 20 percent gratuity when I'm ordering food to go. That truly doesn't make sense. It is what it is. I had a young lady named, Andrea, help me. I just wanted to let everyone know what a pleasant experience I encountered. Andrea, was very welcoming. Her customer service went above and beyond her call of duty. That made a difference regardless of anything else I don't agree with. Thank you Andrea for your outstanding customer service. I appreciate you. Keep up your great attitude and again thank you for being an amazing employee.
Great atmosphere. Great service. Clean restrooms. Excellent overall experience
Too many changes. Machines way tight,, Food comps, way down. Used to be a fun time. The bar manager is so rude and nasty. Used to go once a month, its no longer worth the drive.

Staff are great I have been coming here well over 15 yrs and it has changed alot no more promos for the players the foodcomps are not what they used to be seems like the machines aren't paying how they used to different host different way of doing things I had the titanium card after 10 yrs of going there my son had a heart n kidney transplant n I couldn't maintain the card so they took it from me just not my to go casino anymore doesn't feel the same anymore
