Today is a holiday, so my mom bought some egg tarts from Saint Anna Bakery in Yuen Long. The egg tarts from Saint Anna Bakery have a crispy cookie crust and are currently priced at $6 each or 2 for $10. They come in a paper box for takeout, so you don't have to worry about them getting squished on the way home. The tarts are wrapped in tin foil, so you can bake them in the oven at home for about 10 minutes before enjoying them. The cookie flavor is rich and buttery, not too sweet, and very smooth.
