"Chinese ramen" & "fried rice" Simple and nostalgic flavor of Chinese ramen. The homemade medium thick curly noodles are delicious. The fried rice also has a punchy garlic flavor, making it delicious. The combination with Chinese ramen is excellent.

During my business trip to Soma, I had lunch here. I had visited the temporary location several times before, but this was my first time at the new restaurant. I ordered my usual ramen with extra noodles. The medium curly noodles had a great texture from being cooked just right. It seemed a bit different from the ramen at Kanchan Sohonsha and other shops, with an added bouncy texture from Shirakawa. The soup had hints of Kanchan's flavor at the bottom, but overall it was a different kind of ramen. The taste was strong and the broth was a bit too fatty. The seasoned bamboo shoots and roasted pork were tasty. I wonder how the spicy miso ramen tastes. Thank you for the meal. It had been a few years since my last visit during a business trip. The noodles were still chewy and delicious as always. I had expected a strong taste with a lot of fat, but it had become a bit more restrained and tasty. The unique aroma of Kanchan was also nice. The broth had just the right amount of richness, making the flavorful roasted pork even more delicious. Even though I had ordered extra noodles with my ramen, I couldn't resist adding a bowl of white rice. The roasted pork truly makes the rice disappear quickly. Even if it's a bit out of the way, lunch should definitely be enjoyed here.

I had my first meal at this restaurant on Sunday afternoon. The miso chashu was delicious, but the highlight was the sesame ramen! I highly recommend it to women. The taste is like a ground meat-free version of dan dan noodles, with the sesame flavor coating the noodles beautifully. I definitely want to enjoy the sesame ramen again next time.

醤油ラーメン600円。脂が少し多くコクのあるタイプです。美味しい！ 宮城県の郡部の個人店でこのくらい美味しいラーメンが食べられたら、ものすごく満足です。 仙台近郊に出店してほしい。

店舗は常磐線、山下駅前で周りにスーパーなどがあり、徒歩1分で駐車場も広く、目の前には広場があり、お子様連れの方も楽しめる場所です。ラーメンは味噌チャーシューが美味しかったですよ。また 行きます。
