Your red signs say pay at the pump with a mobile phone. The rude assistant with greasy hair and glasses tells you off for using a phone inside a car. He sounded rather unhappy about working at Christmas. (Visited 9pm Boxing Day)

Arrived there at 9.59pm after doing a care call for my ill father. Allowed me to get out of the car get ready to fill up then put the shutters down and announced on the tannoy sorry you can't fill up we are closed. Then went on to serve someone else in the shop Very poor but shouldn't be surprised by shell

Nothing special I only get fuel here . Shop here but Co-op and Tesco's with in 50 yds

Very convenient location, average prices, very good staff, helpful and service with a smile.

I’m a regular user of Shell in Sketty through my work and I always find the staff to be friendly and helpful. Ian in particular is chatty and hugely experienced.
