A wonderful experience! the dishes prepared by chef vincent lointier are incredible, simple and elegant and delicious. the personal is beautiful, and the place is quiet, although it is in the city center. Secondly, I would like to appreciate that it is one of the few restaurants that have the concept of open kitchen (they can see what the cook prepares and exchange a word or two with it. another factor is that atelier de cuisine makes small events such as wine tasting, seafood speciality, desserts, etc. the menu changes daily, but at the same time has a 'a la carte' menu with some wonderful decor. as a total assessment of the restaurants, full 5 star experience :
