Teppan Bowl - Clovis

The sushi was so good and a large portion. Our 3 item order was about a 25 minute wait and they called us when it was ready.

The food could use a little more flavor (seasoning), I asked for the steak to be medium rare and it was fully cooked which made it dry. I would go back to try it again to see if it was a fluke.

Foods pretty decent but incredibly long wait times it seems like every time I’ve ordered here the restaurant is critically behind and not one person knows what’s going on! Needs new

30 minute wait on a steak bowl. Wasn’t busy. This is my second time waiting that long. Food was fine, rice gave me runs but they use a lot of oil so not unexpected.

Bought the chicken bowl. I found 2 small bones in it. I nearly gagged as soon as I realized. rice tasted acidic. Chicken also very dry.
